 Drywall Installation (Level 0)                                                         

 

Quality drywall installation is the foundation of a good finish

 

•  Precision 

  • We measure, cut, and hang every panel accurately, and horizontally for open areas. 

  • Different patterns are used when needed otherwise.

•  We match wall type relative to space need 

  • We preselect wall types, Whether it’s moisture resistant for bathrooms or fire rated for garages and shared walls.

•  Corner Bead 

  • Corners are reinforced with corner bead for sharp, durable edges. For round edges we use flexible beads.

 Fire Taping (Level 1)                                                         

 

We pick materials depending on the job. Paper tape for strong joints, mesh tape for moisture prone areas, corner beads for crisp edges, and setting compounds or lightweight finish coats where needed.

•  Fire taping 

  • 1 coat of joint compound over seams and corners

  • Fasteners  left uncovered

  • Rough appearance, little to no feathering, but careful on lot leaving any excess joint compound

•  Use case 

  • Suitable for attics, above ceilings, mechanical rooms, and fire rated assemblies.

 1 Coat Finish (Level 2)

Assure there is a double coat over all joints, corners, and at least one coat over fastener heads, and any other patches.

•  Use case 

  •  Common for garages, backrooms, or areas that will get tile or wall coverings. 

​

 Pre Texture Finish (Level 3)                                          

 

Double Coat on all joints, corners, fastener heads, and any other patches. Light feathering for a smother base.

•  Ready for spray or knockdown texture ​​​​​

 Standard paint finish (Level 4)

Triple coat over all joints, corners, fasteners, and any other patches.
